DELF, DALF.





Already included at the end of each one of the French Courses for Adults and Teenagers Gil proposes, the Exams and Tests Preparations are also proposed for themselves to students, independently of Gil’s French Courses. If you haven’t followed Gil’s Courses, but you feel ready to pass the DELF and the DALF for Adults and Teenagers, you can enroll for an Exam Preparation with Gil online.

Since, depending on the level, the Official DELF and DALF exams have different lengths, the Exam Preparations have lengths too, going from 5h to 10h.

With each one of the Preparation Package, you will participate to :

  • a mock exam,
  • an in depth correction of your mock exam,
  • a collaboration to the analysis of your strengths and weaknesses,
  • an overview at real past exams to know what to expect from the real Examination.

The DELF

The DELF (Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française) is an official diploma awarded by the French Ministry of Education to certify the candidates’ French language competencies. It is designed for all audiences from A1 to B2 levels included.

The DELF is composed of four individual certificates that have been harmonized with the European standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CECRL).

The A1, A2, B1, B2 Examinations are independent from one another and candidates can register for the examination of their choice. Each examination evaluates the four communication skills : reading, listening, writing and speaking.

An average grade of 50 out of 100 points for each part of the exam is required to obtain the DELF A1, A2, B1 and B2 diplomas.

The DALF
